applicable to firearm ownership.
Individual must complete: for private use first on the desired firearm before commencing with business purposes.

SUBJECT MODULE
• This course teaches a higher level of proficiency than the basic course and is a requirement for Security Personnel and members of official institutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safe handling principles in a business environment. •Operate a a manually operated rifle or carbine for business environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the mechanical functioning of the Handgun.
• Demonstrate knowledge of a Handgun under adverse conditions.
LEARNING OUTCOME
• This unit standard requires that the learner complete two written tests;
one formative exam (open book with no time limit imposed) and a summative exam (closed book exam in the classroom environment after classroom-based
training has taken place.
